Together with our client, we identify the key leverage points of their business and find a way to use that leverage to quickly and significantly improve the organization.  We then work with the client while they implement the improvement. 

The Theory of Constraints, plus many years of experience managing different types of organizations and businesses, provides the insight needed to identify and implement these changes effectively.
Strategy Sessions
For most clients, the best way to start is by developing a strategy for the business.  Our strategy sessions are very focused and take one week from start to finish. The goal of the session is to determine the few most important things for the business to improve. 

That is done through finding, and finding a direction for a solution to, the business's core problem;  then finding the few additional things which need to be done to markedly improve the business.  See strategy sessions
